hi karenk64  recently filled form for lcwra for first time been on uc 3 years  but on DWP enhanced on both and somebody says i should be automatically on lcwra anyone help  tia

    DWP is not a benefit, they are the ones that pay the benefits. Enhanced for both suggests you mean PIP. PIP doesn't automatically entitle you to LCWRA, unless you're of state pension age and above.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
