    Hello @octopuscat

    Welcome to the community! :)

I am very sorry to hear you haven't been very well. Then to not have the support you need.

I would leave a message on your UC Journal to explain that you are not getting support and not being called when they say they will. I'd also reach out to your local MP as the Restart Scheme is a government scheme. See if they have a contact to help support you. Please keep us updated!

Have you been through the work capability assessment process? If so, what was the decision on that, was it LCW or LCWRA?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Then you're classed as a job seeker until a decision is made on your WCA. You can speak to your work coach to explain about your health conditions and how they affect you. It will be their discretion whether they turn off or reduce your claimant commiments, some will and some won't.

@octopuscat I'd encourage you to reach out to RNID. They have lots of information and support with coming to terms with it all. They may be able to advise in regards to the Restart Scheme too.
