Rang pip Tuesday was advised a case manager would call me back in 2 days … didn’t happen. Called today she said there’s a decision been made and it’s no award so now have to wait for paperwork for tribunal was just wondering on the next steps and what’s the average time frame from decision of MR to tribunal will I be waiting til next year ?

It’s could potentially be at least several months, maybe longer. So yes quite possibly next year for your hearing. Some people do have an offer made by DWP before the hearing but this is rare so you shouldn’t expect that to happen.0

hey hannah yes started the proceedings for tribunal today sent mri results but was wondering will they have my evidence from the start of the claim so I don’t have to send anymore? Also read that 90% of claims are won at tribunal with no new evidence0 -
You don’t need to send any evidence that you’ve already send. DWP will send everything to them and you will receive this in the “bundle.”
Tribunal success rate is currently about 70% assuming you either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing. The success rate is considerably less for paper based hearings at around 5-8%.0
