A little help with PIP mandatory reconsideration

Firstly, I am sorry, this is probably asked all the time, however, I am really struggling to complete this form as I do not agree with the whole decision.
Basically, they have looked at my claim and decided I am not entitled to PIP.
I feel like I was led into a false sense of security when my assessor (I had a video assessment) told me she also suffered with epilepsy and depression so understood the conditions.
I have been diagnosed with epilepsy, idiopathic intercranial hypertension (IIH, neurological disorder), joint pain, anxiety and depression.
I had help from my partner to complete the 'how your disability affects you' form as I really struggle to get my point across.
I was awarded 0 points for each activity but it is the reasoning behind the decision that has really upset me.
I work full-time, which apparently means I have adequate motivation to manage some of the activities. Although, I did explain that the management are extremely understanding and I voluntarily decided to take a lesser paid/less demanding role almost 2 years ago and I have also run out of 'sick days', (I am entitled to 3 months full pay).
I also have a full UK driving licence (this was mentioned 3 times in the decision), despite this being a restricted licence and having lost this twice in the past few years due to seizures. I'll be honest, I didn't think having a licence would be such a deal breaker, although I did pass this test over 10 years ago, they thought it was relevant to mention that I must have some reading ability. There are loads of things in the decision which says things like 'you don't have this or that' which is completely untrue.
I need a little bit of guidance on how to address the mandatory reconsideration notice. Do I do this by going through each part that they've said 'no' to on the decision as that is how they have based my ability to perform the activities or do I go through each activity again? I'm just confused on how to tackle it.
I received the decision today (15/07/23) and the letter is dated 11/07/23.

    Hi Nadine

Try not to worry, try to stay calm, although it will 'bug' you.

What you need to do is give real world examples of how your conditions effect you most days. Try not to concentrate too much on the whole report, just correct the 'glaring' errors with examples. Only 23% of MR are successful, but 73% of Appeals are successful so you might have to go to Appeals to succeed. Use the MR form, make sure you get Proof of Postage.

Go through all the 'descriptors' that apply to you, giving examples -

If there’s any obvious contradictions then it’s fine to mention a couple of those. Once you’ve done that put the decision letter and assessment report (if you have it) to one side and forget about it. Concentrating on those will not get you a PIP award.

Concentrate on those real world examples mentioned by Rebel. Don’t forget to include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.
