hello everyone, i applied for caters at the end of april. my family member had had a letter saying that i’ve applied for caters for them but i’ve not received any other letter from the carers since even though they have said they’ve sent a letter out. i’ve been waiting over 3 weeks now for this letter and it’s still not here. has anyone else had this problem?

If a decision has been made and you haven’t received the letter then you will need to ring them. There has been some issues with mail coming from DWP lately.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Have you been awarded? If so have you received any money that’s owed?

I can’t help with the letters that haven’t been received I’m afraid. You’re not the first person in the past few weeks not to receive letters that have been sent.
