hello everyone, i applied for caters at the end of april. my family member had had a letter saying that i’ve applied for caters for them but i’ve not received any other letter from the carers since even though they have said they’ve sent a letter out. i’ve been waiting over 3 weeks now for this letter and it’s still not here. has anyone else had this problem?

If a decision has been made and you haven’t received the letter then you will need to ring them. There has been some issues with mail coming from DWP lately.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Have you been awarded? If so have you received any money that’s owed?I can’t help with the letters that haven’t been received I’m afraid. You’re not the first person in the past few weeks not to receive letters that have been sent.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please.
