I've been made homeless no fault of my own and I have fibromalgia also mental health but not classed as a priority so sleeping rough not coping at all now in fibro flare up

You should be classed as vulnerable. Have you had a homeless assessment with the Council? If so, ask for a section 184 decision notice. This should outline their decision whether to help you or not and their reasons why.
Get legal advice, show them this section 184 and get them to help you appeal it
