Will a wca review trigger a pip review even though the pip has 3 more years to run

    If you mean would they look at your PIP award, then no as it has been awarded for another 3 years as you say. Altho you can be reviewed at any time, your PIP review will likely be sent out about 6 months before your current award ends.
