Hi to all. I’m a 50 year old man and have survived colorectal cancer for a few years now. First diagnosed in 2020. Treatment and ops sorted that. Sort of. Cancer came back and Feb 2023 I had total pelvic excenteration (most of my innards out). Unfortunately sciatic nerve to right leg was totally cut through so I now have no feeling in or control of my right foot and some of the leg. Learning to walk after a fashion. Lots of pain. Otherwise living the dream.

Hi @TPK. Welcome to Scope's online community. It is great to see you have joined us. How are you at the moment?
You sound really determined! Sorry to hear the cancer came back though and that you have no feeling in or control of your right foot and some of the leg.
Is anything helping you with learning to walk again / the pain? It sounds really difficult but we have full faith in you - keep living the dream!0 -
Hello @TPK
Welcome to the community! How are you feeling today?
I'm sorry to hear you are in a lot of pain. I assume your GP is aware? Hopefully they'll be able to find something that can help with that0
