Hi, the Carer of a friend on PIP&LCWRA has booked a holiday Unauthorised using my friends details&phone via OnTheBeach thinking they'd get a freebie as Chaperone(My friend lacks capacity and the Carer was let go, Cannot involve police so can't provide the company with fraud details to waive the Cancellation Fee of £300).
So we accept she's Stuck with it.
Can OnTheBeach take this from her UC like other companies can if it goes to court?
Horrible Complex situation just need to advise best I can, Thanks for any input.x
