Hello all
I need some help weather or not I should contact DWP about if they have received my renewal from . I send the from over 2 weeks ago and I’ve had no text or other contract from PIP . I’m very concerned that they haven’t got the from and they will start blaming me for not sending it when I have already . What should I should .. give it another couple of weeks and see if I get any contact from them or phone them to see if they have got the renewal from ?? I’m so worried to know what to do .

It's not unusual for it to take quite a few weeks for it to be added to the computer system and it's not classed as arriving until this has happened. They also don't always send a text when they receive it and i'm speaking from personal experience. I would give it another couple of weeks and then ring.
