Hey all this is my first time posting on here . I had a assesment last wednesday and dwp received the report on Thursday last week . I rang the the number line to request for a copy of the report and upon doing so it stated My next payment would be 5th February for 107.1p I'm so confused by this as Feb has gone ? Surely not next Feb, its a first time claim . I assume the 107.1p is for low mobility but how do I no its correct when it's saying February I can see me doing a MR which I really don't have the motivation to do its all too overwhelming tbh
has anyone else shared a simular experience and it be wrong ?

Clearly that isn't correct. It has been known for the automated payment line to give incorrect information and this is one of those times. A decision can take up to 12 weeks after the report was returned.

Hi @kemc23 - & welcome to the community. Unfortunately when you think you're ringing the DWP, you're just through to call handlers who may ill advise as they're not there to give benefits advice, or you received an automated reply which can be equally wrong! You'll need to wait for your actual decision letter which can take anything up to 12 weeks from when you had your assessment.

As i advised, the automated payment line is well known to give incorrect information. Once a decision is made you will be contacted.

Any news. I am in the same boat with 107.01. Rang twice the same day and give me the same figure. Plus got thru to the call centre and was told that it was rejected and I was owed that figure for 10 days. Doesn't seem to add up as before I was getting 272 every four weeks, that by my maths as I cud have calculated it wrong. Bricking it bigtime and waiting on this dreaded letter. I did ask for the assessor report and got ask that "I take it Ur not happy with the result". I said no. That was after another one told me that I was refused0
