I mentioned to my employment adviser at the place where I see her that my work coach at my local job centre told me that I don't have to do any job search as it says that I have to do 0 hours of job search on my commitments and that all I've been sent there for is to do work preparation (no idea what theyean by that) and not job search.

I also told my employment adviser that my work coach told me that I can't work at the moment due to my medical conditions mainly my blood pressure as I was diagnosed with high blood pressure in February this year.
I'm waiting for some test results from some blood tests I had done at my local hospital last Friday afternoon. One lot was to check that my blood pressure tablets are working and the other one is to check my hormones as ive noticed some changes to my monthlies (I'm a 40 year old lady).

I note that you're claiming UC with your partner and you've been found to have LCW, is this correct? If so then you won't have any work search commiments because of the LCW. It's normal to have to prepare to work in the future and have to attend work focused interviews when you have LCW.

If you think you qualify for LCWRA then you can report a change of circumstances, then click "health condition." Through that you can report a worsening of condition. You should then be referred for a work capability assessment and be sent more UC50 forms to fill in and return.

You will need to provide fit notes for this and continue to send them until a decision is made on your new work capability assessment.

Before doing this you should look at the descriptors to see if you think any of them apply to you (you only need one) https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity
