Hi sorry delete if not allowed not sure what to put as new here,
I applied for pip February 16th due to my adhd depression and suspected autism (still on waiting list) by April 7th they had my assessments done and the dwp had received it.
we are now on 7th august no update no anything I’ve just rang them up and they said for some reason the case was left by mistake and the decision letter not sent off they will speak to case manager to send letter off hopefully today but will take up to 10 days to receive.
does this mean I’ve been declined pip? As I know most people get a text to say they’ve been awarded i over think into these things so much and the thought of having to stand there and appeal is making me feel sick 🤢
thank you

If the decision's been made they should have been able to tell you. If a decision's been made and it's not been actioned then there may still be an award. Not everyone receives a text if there's an award. You can ring them back to ask them and they maybe able to tell you what it is. Other than that i wouldn't want to speculate anything.

Any updates yet @ellieisabellexx? It does sound difficult that it has been passed between so many people, especially when you just want an answer0
