Hi
had my pip assessment today was so nervous didn't know what to expect I think it went well just so glad got it done
Just a waiting game now. Good luck to everyone who not had there's assessment yet and I hope goes well for you all.

Was your one a renewal or 1st claim? Mine was a renewal and they had my form since Sept 2022 so really glad to have finally get it out of the way. My situation and health had got worse over the time since my original claim and even over this last year, and she seemed to be listening, taking it all in and asking relevant questions..
So here's to the next wating stage and all the good luck going that we both get fair decisions. Please let me know how you are going.
It's my first post in here tonight, but I will have a better look around the site and get more involved tomorrow hopefully

I was told (I think i remember right) could be 2-6 weeks for decision now.

Yeah it was my first time claiming and I had a lovely lady let me explain and not to rush me I got told 12 week on the phone then got a text message last night from dwp and it said 8 week for dission and good luck your way hope it goes well for you and welcome to the group.0
