Stressing waiting for assessment report

Hi I rung dwp on mon for a copy of report its really stressing me out havent received it so far hope it comes tomorrow ino it's a recommendation but dwp seem to always go with the report in my experience 
My head is working overtime ive read through my forms n letters from doctors etc but my assessment lasted 7 mins I just don't trust the assessment people they twist n turn everything said sorry for the rant I just can't think of anything else

Seven minutes is quite a short assessment but you can't read anything into that. I know it's difficult to stop thinking about while you're waiting but it's really out of your hands at the moment, is there anything you enjoy doing that may distract you or give you a bit of respite from the worrying for now @tara2019?
