    If you owe money, they can use your backpayment for this. Sometimes they don’t.

    What for my partners debt it was from before we even was tougher. 
    I only owe £115

    Hi everyone quick update phone call today from decision maker told me she do it today and get my backpay next week thank you for all your support through this stressful time and anyone else in limbo don't give up.
