Good Morning Folks
I have hemiplegia from birth (a type of CP) and my right side is severely weaker than my left. I also have some spasticity on the right side.
I find it difficult to prepare food - peeling and slicing vegetables etc. My wife does all the cooking - I just buy off the shelf ready made meals and warm them up in the microwave etc, when she isn't around.
Can someone kindly recommend any on line You tube videos/courses advising the easiest meals to prepare for individuals with my type of disability?
Thanks in advance for your responses.

Hi @geek84
I have quad CP and have challenges with some of the more dextrous aspects of cooking. Active Hands has some interesting solutions.
There are some videos and websites for one-handed cooking too. Also, Anthony Bryan on Facebook has tips and hacks.Scope
