I feel the whole process of claiming things such as PIP should be overhauled from the moment a person fills in the forms they are made to feel that they are locked in a battle not only to prove how their disability or illness affects them but to also prove that they are entitled to PIP the whole process has the applicants on the back foot and in some cases on guard as one misspoken word or phrase could deny them the claim for PIP and that is so wrong the form itself is far from easy to do and understand and many people have to get help to fill the forms in the whole process is not good for many people affecting anxiety and more and that's why some people just don't bother to apply and struggle with life trying to make ends meet as they would rather do that than subject themselves to months of worry about having wrote or spoke the correct words or phrases or put themselves through the assessment due to worry and the long wait for a decision to be made.
