Please help UC journal

Hi please could you help me should i write a note in uc journal that i have a lady who is accountant and she does help me to send to uc my income and expenses because im not able to do it myself and she wrote update letter about my condition that got worse since work capability assessment and it was mandatory reconsideration on Lcw and she sent it to my uc  there was my signature 
im really scared that without informing uc they can think that i was able to write this letter

I wouldn't worry too much because there's very likely many people that have help/support to write letters and fill out forms.

However, they will not take into consideration any worsening of condition since the assessment took place. For the MR and Tribunal (if it gets that far) will be looking to see if the decision was correct at the time it was made.

As you're worried you could put a message to tell them that you got someone else to write the letter for you.

This uc claim to fight to get Lcwra does make me really sick  
i didn’t get essesment report because i gave up to ask them and my anxiety is really high 
i had this message from the lady who wrote it to me to send to uc about essesment report but i gave up and didn’t send it 
Hi, I requested a copy of UC85 (assessment report) but my message has been ignored. I am entitled to a copy for my own personal records. If you refuse to send me a copy of UC85, I will make a complaint to the Information Commissioner as you not letting me to see the personal data you have for me.

Also if this does get to Tribunal stage then you will receive everything you sent to support your claim. (including the assessment report that was written) UC will send everything to the Tribunal and you will receive it in the "bundle"

Please could you confirm if i should write in uc journal a message that i was awarded pip ? Thank you

You can tell them you've been awarded it. If you're claiming for help with the rent and you're privately renting and under 35 then a daily living award of PIP will mean you're entitled to the 1 bedroom rate of local housing allowance instead of the shared rate.

If you're 35 then you should already be receiving the 1 bedroom rate so there will be no change to your UC payments.

I didn’t send it , i was too scared to do it , i didn’t want to upset uc
