PIP review, received text from DWP about more info?

Hi , I sent my review form to DWP for my PIP,
It says that they may need more information or I may need to see health assessor... should I be concerned,

    Hi @kalisa - & welcome to the community. Nothing to be concerned about, & most people have an assessment. You'll get a letter to let you know about an assessment at least a week beforehand.

    Welcome @kalisa, that's a fairly standard text. It's just to let you know that they may need to go through those steps, and most people do.
