So, I received my review forms by post on the 12th August and there was no date on the form and I rang them, as the forum advised. The gentleman on the 15th said that I had until 30th September to complete the forms.
I've today received a letter dated 9th August, asking me to complete the forms by August 21st and that apparently I received the forms in July.
What a terrible mess!!!!
I do speak to the DWP through the alternative communication via e-mail but they have ignored my last 3-4 e-mails and sent letters out instead.
I'm so stressed.

The reason you received that reminder letter today is because the system automatically generates those letters and DWP staff are not responsible for printing them off. There will be a note on the system saying that you’ve been given extra time to return the forms. Even with extra time given it doesn’t stop those letters from being automatically generated.1

How are you getting on with the forms?

Thank you guys.
I'm getting a company to help me because I have a lot of problems at the moment with my mental and physical health and stress is really bad for my conditions. So I think support is needed to be able to fill out the application.
I will keep in mind Poppy's wonderful advice of at least 3 anecdotal examples of failing to do the tasks.1 -
