ESA / UC / IB

Hi Adrian and thanks for that,
Just the standard allowance (JSA equivalent)
I've declined a further WCA as I don't believe a fresh determination about my incapacity needs to be made
To date, I have never met the criteria in health assessments as far as DWP is concerned

I made a complaint about this Job Centre right at the start of my incapacity claim and that's the only reason I can think of for their actions

When I was recently invited in and shouted at because I didn't want to accept a new Claimant Commitment or a Work Plan, I was told to report a change if I wasn't happy
I haven't because there isn't one

Okay, so they are currently expecting you to search for work, is that correct @WhatThe? How long ago did you submit your claim for UC? And before you claimed UC, what benefits were you claiming? You've said before you were on ESA but above you're saying you were on JSA / subject to JSA regulations since 2008.0

Adrian, would you mind reading my threads and posts again as I need a break from this thanks

I think the confusion is that you're referring to UC as JSA but they are completely different benefits. UC has nothing to do with JSA regulations 2008. It's UC regulations 2013.

No, I've never done any work-search.
I claimed UC in 2017.
Yes, continuous WFI's since 2008 alongside referrals to Pathways, WP etc
IB/IS from 2006 until 2011 then ESA

My local authority started a new HB/CTB claim for me on 1 April 2013 after being notified by DWP that I was no longer entitled to ESA
ATLAS calculation made in 2014
In 2018 (second UC claim) the local authority was notified by DWP of my supposed self-employed status
2019 (rapid-reclaim through CAB) payment to my landlord took 14 weeks

Hi again Adrian,
What have you to say about my case in terms of recovering arrears and correcting my current award? I was PCA exempt until 2017 and had won every single appeal for payment to continue on matched terms - except it didn't. Instead, the disallowance decisions, WFI's and repeat referrals to Work Programme followed (ignoring the substantial risk of harm to myself and others).
I once received a phone call to discuss my ESA arrears but when I asked for his name, he told me I was being ignorant and terminated the call. I pursued this, the call date and time was verified but no transcript is available.
Thank you

Also, please amend the title to IB/IS/ESA/UC
That would be my claim history
An IB claim starts one day before an IS claim starts and in my case, my qualifying dates were resequenced at least twice
I received three P45's following IR-ESA stoppages in one tax year!
