Moderators: can you please do something about the bullying in this forum

I’m experiencing a few people in this forum bullying me and hanging up.

Hi @StillIRise, I'm sorry that you feel that we've failed on this.

We have a few tools and methods of communication so you can report these instance, have you tried reporting the posts containing the bullying? If you would like to send in further information you can always email community@scope.org.uk. 

I'm sorry it's reached a point you've felt like you need to speak out publicly about this. We cannot be in every discussion at once, so using the report tool or emailing us can be very helpful. Discussing specifics in public can lead to further escalation, so if you'd like to send specifics through either reporting or the email please do so and we can look into it as a moderation team.

Since this has been brought to our attention, discussing this further here does not help the situation, so I will be closing this thread. 

The team will be reviewing the situation closely. I understand some may be frustrated, but please, try not to escalate the issue.

I also want to give a general reminder.

If you see a post that needs moderation, or you think just needs to be brought to the attention of a moderator, please report it. You can do so by clicking the flag button at the bottom of the post and then selecting "Report" with the little flag icon.

Alternatively, if it's not a specific post but a more general issue we do have the community@scope.org.uk email address. We cannot always immediately respond due to needing to investigate, and we cannot discuss actions taken that are to do with other users.
