Disabled Freedom Pass (Westminster)

Hello everyone!
I applied to Westminster for a disabled freedom pass on May 5th 2023. Four months later I still have not received it. I’ve been calling and writing to them every week or so since early June. Every time I’m given a different story. They lost my hard copy application. They lost my email application, twice. Please wait a week, please wait two weeks, we’ll call you back on Monday, you’ll have your pass by Friday. Is it just me? Has anyone else had similar experience with Westminster freedom pass office ? Has anyone actually received a disabled Freedom pass from Westminster in the past six months ? I feel
like this is some
of the worst ‘customer
service’ I’ve experienced in this country. If they were on strike I would understand and support them. But I’ve read nothing to that effect. If this is how we treat the most vulnerable people in society I feel very sad for the future of this country.
