LCWRA MR

Hi everyone I'm new here. I was originally awarded LCW. I put in an MR and won and I was awarded LCWRA. I've asked UC for a copy of my new report to see which part got turned over (i disagreed with points on 3 questions in the questionnaire that could have given me the 15 points needed, and 2 parts at the end which automatically give you LWCRA if you meet the descriptor. UC say the assessment report hasnt changed just the decision as a new DM reviewed the award so all I get is a letter stating its been reconsidered and changed. I REALLY wanna know which part was overturned and why. I'm also applying for PIP so think it could be good evidence to send but i cant send the original report as it's obviously wrong. UC are saying there's nothing else but surely there must be a statement of reasons to change? Any advice? Maybe I'm asking the wrong questions? They just keep saying all they have is the original report which I have a copy of. Thanks x

The original report still stands because for the MR a different decision maker will look again at all the evidence you sent and come to another decision. For LCWRA it's not about scoring points, you need to just meet one of the descriptors for LCWRA. LCW is about scoring points.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
