I won my LWC tribunal appeal,I thought I was in the LWCRA group but was wrong.Can I appeal the decision?

    Hi @Ricky66 - & welcome to the community. I'm sorry things appear to not be as you'd hoped. If you disagree with the Tribunal, you first ask HMCTS for a 'statement of reasons' & a 'record of proceedings' within a month. Then you would need to seek expert advice as you can only appeal if an error in law is found. I believe details of this should be in your decision letter.
