    Hi I got a call from my case manager to introduce herself and have a chat with me , she just said she’s only been allocated to !!! Hmmm . Then she said she would look quickly at it while I was on phone and she said oh you’ve uploaded a lot of supporting information I see . Then said she will either call me Monday or Tuesday but let’s see if that actually happens.

    Hi. I called them on Friday to be told that they are still waiting on Doctor replying to them. Told them not to expect any reply from our Surgery as its near impossible to get an appointment with a Doctor only nurses. Its a shambles and has the worst reputation in our City. Impossible to leave as you cant go to another surgery if you are already with one,  regardless of the issues you may have with them.55 years I've been with them but last 10 years it's went downhill plus it went private like most surgeries now. 3 male Dr's and all very judgemental and misdiagnosed my menopause for 15 years leaving me in a terrible place.  Nurse said its down to them being men and not very clued up on menopause symptoms even though blood tests confirmed it over 15 years ago. Letter is in my notes. Also could be December or January before I hear anything.  That will be nearly 8 months since applying . It's just soul destroying and my COPD is getting worse on top of my other conditions. Rant over , sorry

    Well I was told she was going to call me back either today or Tuesday so let’s see eh ! Not sure if they are all off today for bank holiday

    It's not a bank holiday today anywhere in the country. The last bank holiday was August and we are now almost in October.

    it was a Glasgow it was a local bank holiday on Monday for the September weekend here

    Yes you are correct.  In Stirling our Tescos was closed due to Bank Holiday on Monday

    Ah ok thanks. I looked at Scotland bank holidays when i commented but nothing was mentioned. Then i looked at Glasgow itself and seen it mentioned.
