I'm glad the question do I still get LCWRA was asked as I wanted to know as my husband and I have separated.0

Hi @Barbss, welcome to the scope community! While you were in the previous thread I split your question here, even if the previous thread answered it. As that thread was quite old. I'd rather make sure everything was recent advice even if nothing has change0

I do. He's was my carer. My son is caring for me at the moment. I had my review for PIP in July, I was awarded the same as before higher rate for both. I now have an ongoing award, no stress about review for the next ten years.0

Hello @Barbss
According to Citizen's Advice. You will need to report any changes of circumstances.Your Universal Credit claim will continue. Your next Universal Credit payment will be on the same day of the month but will be for a single person.0 -
I've reported that my husband has left and my UC has been set up as a single person, I just need to know if my LWCRA will continue as before.0
-
@Barbss Yes as that is part of your Universal Credit claim.0

Thank you I wasn't sure as in some ways it's treated as a new claim. All statements from my joint claim have been wiped, Which is a nuisance as I sometime need to refer back to them.0
-
@Barbss You could ask if they are able to send you a copy of the form from the joint claim. I don't know if they would do it. But never hurts to ask.0

If it continues as before I probably won't need it.0
