Hi ev1, well today I was meant to have my pip, telephone consultation at 2pm, they messaged me yesterday saying please make sure you answer the call, they rang at 2.10pm went through my name, dob, address, then said sorry there is no consultant available today we have to rearrange now till the 26th September 2023. Has anyone else had this problem, its most annoying.

Oh no @tattyted68 I'm sorry they couldn't do your appointment today. We have had members have them cancelled same day. Some don't even get called and told! It is awful.0
