Hi poppy123456
I thought it seemed a long time to wait but wasn't sure how yo address it.
I haven't sent any message since the 1st Sept 2023.
How do you send it under the payment section please.
Thanks0 -
Log into your journal and click home. Then click “add a note to your journal” you will then be able to choose which category to put it under so choose payments.0

Hi poppy123456
I have done as you suggested and sent a journal message under payment section. Two days and not had a reply again. Twice I've put a message on my journal now and not had a reply to either.0 -
They are very often slow and replying to messages and even more so when you don't have a work coach. They will probably reply at some point. I know this doesn't help you and you shouldn't have been left waiting for the money they owe. Hopefully they will respond soon.

I understand they may be slow but my first journal message asking about back pay was 1st Sept so they really are dragging their heals. There's no way of knowing if journal messages have actually been read is there?
Thanks for your help and advice by the way. You've been very helpful

You're welcome. Unfortunately there's no way of knowing if they are read. As you've been waiting so long and it's beyond a joke in my opinion, then i would now advise you to contact your local MP. Very often this does get the shifted. You will need to make sure you tell your MP everything. https://www.parliament.uk/get-involved/contact-an-mp-or-lord/contact-your-mp/
