Its really not worth worrying about benefits, what will be will be and its rarely if ever as bad as we think it might be.
As for noisy neighbour if its social housing complain to your landlord, if not then complain to the council anyway.Seasons greetings to one and all 🎄🎅🏻🌲 -

Hello Agnia
Noisy neighbours can be very frustrating and stressful. Have you considered having a polite and calm conversation with your noisy neighbour. They may not be aware of how much their noise is affecting you. Approach them respectfully, explain the situation, and ask if there's anything they can do to reduce the noise during the night.
The noise issue you have described doesn't fall under the jurisdiction of the police or warrant a 101 call; it's a civil matter. If the noise issue continues and your landlord or property management company doesn't address it, you can reach out to your local councils enviromental health department they will investigated and decide what course of action they can take. Their services are available to anyone dealing with noisy neighbours or noise issues.

Hi @Agnia, first of all I know you're very worried and anxious about those proposed benefits changes. Try not to be, chances are they won't happen as there will be an election between now and then.
This would most likely be a civil matter as @MW123 suggests. I suggest you read this advice section from Citizen's Advice Complaining about your neighbour - Citizens Advice. It goes into detail about what kind of evidence you can collect and steps you can take. Such as getting a mediator in via the council.
Let us know how you get on and keep in touch.They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with

i really did ask her politely in the past
nothing changed
im really unhappy here
regarding benefits im really worried as well

i don’t know how to move somewhere else, landlords they don’t want tenants with benefits
its really hard -
i don’t have motivation due to depression and this place makes me even really worse and ruined my health already and how people around me how they behave
they slamming theirs doors and pretending that all is fine but isn’t fine -
Hi @Agnia, you must raport to housing oficer and antisocial team. If they don’t do not then make official complain about they services and refer to housing ombudsman.Suggest to them to buy noise stop mat to put under vinyl or any other insulation material under they floor to reduce noise.Search for organisation who could advocate for you to solve the problem.

I'm sorry you've been feeling so anxious again @Agnia. I agree with Iza, about reporting to the housing officer and antisocial team.
I know you want to move, have you reached out to Shelter for advice?Hannah - She / Her
