Hello i have just recieved  a letter from dwp to inform me i have been awared  lcwra in the letter it says i mite be getting extra money  now does that mean i will be getting a payment also i put my frist sick note into the journal on the 7th of july  so will i get paid and when

Yes, LCWRA element will be added on; it's an extra £390.06 a month.
