Hi my friend is on uc the tenancy starts in 2 weeks for moving home but the removal van is booked for October will it matter if my friend is still in the old property but she's told them about the new tenacy and when that starts and updated them about her new address everything else will be taken there but by bit ect

Hey @bigaxedwarf, as long as that is going to be her place of registered residence and she has access get post from it taking a few weeks to move in should not be an issue. She's informed them ahead of time entirely correctly, I assume she's also told them of the new rent amount as well?
