Can two people in the same household both received the enhanced mobility for pip

Hi I just got my pip decision letter today stating I am getting the standard rate for daily living and the enhanced rate for mobility. There is another person in my household who gets the standard mobility but has just had a pip review and is hoping to get the enhanced. Is this possible for both of us to get mobility or can only one of us get it?
