Hi Everyone.
My partner is disabled, I am currently supporting them while they fight the DWP/Capita.
They have been disabled for 30 years, but lo by a miracle involving the pen of a Tory bureaucrat, they are healed and deemed fit for work.
Blessed be!
I hate Tories...I rise early to hate them...there are insufficient hours in the day.

I’m a little confused because you mention Capita and then fit for work. Capita do PIP assessments and this has nothing to do with your ability to work. Can you please confirm whether this is for PIP or the work capability assessment?0

Hiya @Annoyingbignose and welcome to the community!
I'm so sorry to hear about your partners struggles, unfortunately we hear this a lot, but I'm glad to hear you're fighting the results!
As Poppy has already asked, is this UC or PIP related? if you had any questions, just let us know and we'll do our best to answer them.0
