Hello I'm having a problem with my assessment letter uc have sent me someone else's assessment letter I rang uc today she said leave a message to tell them what's happened and they will contact you straight away which they haven't, what should I do

It's not unusal for them to take a while to respond to messages.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
