My partners daughter who is 7 has cerebral palsy and recently has had a growth spurt making her leg muscles very stiff and painful. We are waiting for physiotherapy but is there anything else we can do to help her.

Hi @hagenc, sorry to hear she's in pain. I never really had much of a growth spurt (at least none that I can remember), but I know my brother did and he could be in quite some pain as well.
I know we have an advice page for therapies and treatments for issues relating to Cerebral palsy but I'm not sure how much help they will be when you're already waiting for a physiotherapist.
I can ask a colleague of mine who helps our Cerebral Palsy community if he has any ideas, he's far more of an expert in it than I am!1 -
Thank you for your comment and sending information about therapy’s and treatment. Very helpful thank you1
