Hi, I have a friend who has cerebral palsy and walks with a rolator she uses her taxi card to get out and about when she is unable to go on the buses she finds it really difficult to use a normal cab as she is not able to get in or out of it easily she phoned up for her taxi card and was told that she is no longer able to use the ramp due to health and safety that she now has to use a Alision Lee cab this is not a suitable cab as my friend has to try to slide across the back seat this puts her at risk of falling backwards as she tries to get her legs in the taxi can you tell me if this is legal as this has upset my friend very much and she now feels trapped in her supported living home Thank you 🙏
