Hi if I'm already recieving ESA an universal credit aswell even tho partner works an I get pip if my ESA stops after they get around to assessing me will I have to claim JSA or will my universal credit go up

No, you won't need to claim JSA. If you haven't worked at some point in the last 2 tax years you wouldn't be able entitled to it anyway because the only JSA possible now is New style.If you're found fit for work then your ESA stops. This will mean your UC LCWRA would also stop. Unless you have children on your claim you also wouldn't be entitled to the work allowance. Whether there will be any entitlement after this will depend on your partners earnings.0
