Told PIP decision done but letter says nothing about award?

Just wonder if any one can help me I had my pip review done and was told my dession was made got the letter in the post and all was there was a letter asking about hospital dates back from 2020 nothing about my award or out come before the letter came I was told that a deshion had been made and I was to stay the same my mental health has got worse since the last riew and did put all that on the form kind regards dave

Hi @diseal2020, welcome to the community I'm sorry to hear about the confusion. The entire process can sometimes be quite mind-boggling.
The DWP can be quite slow with their letters. When did you get told you had a decision and when did you get this letter asking about hospital dates can I ask?
I'm also just going to move this into our PIP section, so it's more visible to people there!They/Them, however they are no wrong pronouns with me so whatever you feel most comfortable with
