There’s many people of state pension age and above that can access the motability scheme but you need either Enhanced mobility PIP, High rate mobility DLA or Enhanced Mobility ADP. 

If you don’t have either of those then you don’t qualify.

There’s also lots of people that aren’t state pension age but don’t have the correct mobility award that could benefit from accessing it but can’t.

Therefore I’m sorry but I won’t be signing the petition but I wish you good luck.

Indeed but being state pension age and above is no reason to give them higher rate of mobility. That just isn't going to happen.

You haven't even given any information on there to say why you think they should be awarded this.

I fully understand and have a wide range of benefits knowledge and been advising for several years, thank you. However, other people looking at this may not understand so you need to explain in more detail.
