Health assesement cancelled for the second time -anyone had it?

Hi, long story short, I had my health assesement with UC rescheduled for today, lady rang me to check if I am available (love it!), and then said someone will call me. So, it is the second time I was waititng, and this time, noone even bothered to ring me and say sorry, we need to reschedule. I rang them, lady said she will send them email, this is really helpful, as I am waiting since March now. I send them email, too, saying I am not waititng another few weeks for another rescheduled appointment. Just want to ask if anyone had similar situation? Ys, I am not happy, it is unbelieveable to book an appointment, and simply not to call.

Unfortunately, it does happen. Yes, it's very annoying when it does. I've known myself to be on the way to an assessment and it be cancelled. As well as getting to the assessment centre for a face to face and the appointment was cancelled. Nothing more annoying than that.Hopefully you're not waiting too much longer for another appointment and it goes ahead as normal next time.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Thank you @Hannah_Scope, I was quite upset, made a complaint, had some ridiculous expanations from few different people, and they offered me £25 of compensation, gosh, wow, thank you!!! I would rather all of you just be professional!!! I had my assesement already, now waititng to hear from them. I do know I will get message in my journal, and I am checking my emails almost constantly (because if I get this money, it will make a MASSIVE difference for me, I do not want to describe how massive), My question is, is there any helpline to actually call and ask if decision has been made? Yes, the waititng is killing me, it is sooo important to me, that if I will find out I was not placed in support group, I seriously do not know how I will cope with it. So people try to understand why I just want to call.

You can ring the UC helpine but to be honest it's a complete waste of time because they won't be able to give you any information. They will only do what you can do and put a message onto your journal. One good thing about the journals is that once the decision is made the decision maker will upload the decision letter onto your journal and there shouldn't be any delays with them doing this.Once the report is written and returned the DWP a decision can take up to 12 weeks. However, a lot of people have a decision quite quickly when claiming UC. Some within a few weeks, some a couple of weeks, other a week and some within days.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Yeah, that is what I am holding on to, that when decision is made, it will be in my journal almost straightaway (hopefully). Thank you Poppy:-)
