You haven't said if this is a review of an existing claim or a first time claim. If a review then this guide may help. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/pip/pip-changes-and-reviews/help-with-your-pip-review-form/ A review should be treated as a new claim and please don't just put no change, even if there's been no changes. If a new claim then this guide here. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/pip/help-with-your-claim/fill-in-form-pip/You should also include a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that you think applies to you. Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see and what the consequences were. You should aim for at least half an A4 side of paper per descriptor that applies to you. Please make sure you put your name and NI number on everything you send. Any relevant evidence you have should be sent with the form. Don't assume they will contact anyone for evidence because it's rare they do that.If you need someone to assist with filling out the form then you can speak to an advice agency near you. This link will help find anything that's local to you. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits Unfortunately, we can't actually help with the form but we can advise. If you need extra time to return it then you can ring PIP to ask and they will give you an extra 14 days.

It’s very difficult and confusing trying to keep up with both of your threads with similar questions on each thread. As i advised on your other thread PIP isn’t about a diagnosis.0
