Can anyone tell me how to stop UC reviews?
One Claim Review and two Claimant Commitment Reviews in less than four months is surely not right..
My job centre refuses to reverse or modify the requirements which they know are unmanageable for me

I believe any time there's changes to your files, it can flag you up for a commitment review. So if there's been lots of things changing for whatever reason, it could be a trigger.

I know it's annoying but please do always co-operate, I do agree that it does seem a lot but something must be flagging. The Job Centre aren't the ones who are responsible for claim reviews either, these are completed back office by UC Enhanced Risk Reviews team.

I have cooperated with WFI's, action plans and mandatory appointments for 15 years so this job centre knows all about me!
I believe JCP created the referral. Notified overnight of UCR telephone appt - no text, I just happened to sign in. The agent was patient, understanding of my surprise and respectful.
Thanks for the replies

It feels like my life has been hijacked and with 7 more years slapped onto my retirement age, I don't know how to stop this (assuming I even last that long)
The Work Available Report (WAR) states both mandatory referrals to the Work Programme were inappropriate for me yet these continued with Working Capital and now Restart

Something definitely seems a bit wonky here, like the DWP people aren't talking to each other about your claim and keep making very different decisions. It might be worth putting in a complaint as it's very unfair on you!Albus (he/him)

Hi Albus,
I did everything I could before joining Scope for advice!
It's also unfair on those around me including my GP, the practice staff and other NHS services I've needed.
The job centre (DWP) made all those decisions. They are not errors.
My complaint was escalated to the district office then the acting Head of ESA Operations. The official response is an incoherent account of my case drawn from various system records.
My claim has been incorrectly processed since 2007/8 when Class 1 NIC's stopped being awarded.

I feel like a training tool for this job centre!
The coaches are tasked with trying to create a new profile of me on a blank screen while I have to exercise great restraint throughout these WFI's.
The Case Managers are unchanged so my claims history (3 Conversion Decisions!) and incapacity for work is known to them but I can't pretend any of this is reasonable, appropriate or beneficial even if they can. I feel like a UC guinea pig.
Does anyone have advice, please?
