I need some advice
When I move to uc from wtc how can I give sick notes if I am currently self employed ? Would I need to stop working to be begin wca claim??

You will need to report your health condition, supported by a fit note within 7 days of that. If you don't currently claim a disability benefit such as PIP/DLA or ADP then your earnings must be less than 16xNMW per week for you to be referred for a work capability assessment. (WCA)If you're claiming a disability benefit then your earnings are irrelevant and you'll still be able to be referred for the WCA.There's also a very detailed guide for managed migration here.
