I've been getting PIp 11 months reassessed in last 3 months due to change of circumstances I was working and now because of health had to stop and claim UC with a sick note from beginning July 2023. They sent that form for health questions and I was meant to have telephone assessment last week but they wrote to me and cancelled it .. But shouldn't I automatically get lcwra of Im already on PIP. I only get basic living allowance

A PIP award doesn't automatically entitle a working age claimant to LCWRA i'm afraid. Those rules only apply to mixed aged couples if the person of state pension age and above claims either Enhanced daily living PIP, DLA high rate care or ADP Enhanced daily living.0

You will only receive extra money if found to have LCWRA. There's no extra money if found to have LCW. It will be 3 full assessment periods and the extra money is paid from the 4th month, with payment at the end of that month. If found to have LCWRA, when the extra money is paid from will depend on what date you reported your health conditions/sent your first fit note and what date you usually receive your money each month.0
