Just had the assessment, She was a kind and patient well she came across that way,She said there was only a few questions I needed to clarify because I sent In enough evidence and my Gp clarified it,The whole thing lasted 18 minutes, She asked about my Agoraphobia when it started She asked how I am in Social situations also when I last tried to overdose! Does anyone know what to expect next She said it could take 2-3 weeks is this true or is it longer,Will I get payments stopping till decision is made ?

You mention LCWRA but this is part of UC. I see you're claiming ESA legacy so not UC. For ESA it's known as Support Group and the other group is known as WRAG.

Your payments won't stop while you wait for a decision, they will continue as normal. Once the report is returned a decision can take anything up to 12 weeks.

Thank you Poppy,The names keep changing can't keep up,It is Legacy benefits I'm on just asked my Daughter, I'm glad it's over with although my day started with tears anxiety and anger ! Now the waiting !
