Hi I am an epileptic a server  arthritis in my sciatica nerve and my knees arms and  I am in welchair  24 /7 ,  I like to read  and swimming it helps with the pain just looking as I was told this is a good site to get advice from

Glad to have you around.  You can put what you want (within reason of course) and  you will find there will be plenty of people here  who can and will be more than willing to help should you need it, or just to talk to.  The best thing to do is to go to the Coffee lounge and just ask a Question, any Question and see how it goes.  There will be someone there to talk to.  It is also the place to go if you want a laugh or something to take your mind off stuff.  Take care of yourself and I look forward to seeing you around.   Andygt66
