How much money am I entitled if I work 16 hours and earn 166.72 a week on uc - the benefit calculator is showing zero.

im currently on esa although the job is 16 hours a week the contract is for over time also which shouldn’t happen all the time..
so I can’t do permitted work.

I’m currently in supported accommodation with workers come and help me with support three hours a week.

i get pips and esa with disability premium.

Citizen's Advice is probably your best bet. They can calculate entitlement if you can provide all the necessary data from your award letters/renewals, etc. You might find it easier to use the webchat, rather than hang on the phone until it's answered. Pick your time of day. Tuesdays and Thursdays from mid-morning onwards, for example, are often quieter. If the chat is too busy, the button on the website disappears.

More information is needed to be able to advise you.

Does your ESA include the severe disability premium?
Which group are you in for ESA?
    Are under or over 25?

If you're treated as living alone it will be the Severe disability Premium. The Disability Premium isn't payable when claiming ESA.

As your ESA includes the SDP then if you claim UC you will be entitled to the SDP Transtional Protection of £132.12/month. There's no disability premiums payable when claiming UC.

Your total UC entitlement as a single person will be as follows...
single person Standard allowance 25 and over.. £368.74
    LCWRA element .. £390.06
SDP TP £132.12 total amount before deductions... £890.92/month.
You will have the work allowance of £379/month, which means you can receive that amount of earnings each month before the 55% deductions apply.

Earnings of £166.72/week works out as £722.45/month but for UC purposes it will depend on whether you receive your earnings weekly/monthly or 4 weekly.

To work out the amount as a monthly salary then £379 of earnings will be ignored.. which leaves earnings of £343.45 x 0.55 for earnings taper = £188.89/month deductions.
Total UC payable will be £702.03/month.

However, as i advised, the more earnings you receive the less UC you will be entitled to. The less you receive the more you're entitled to, up to your maximum entitlement.

As you're living in supported housing then your rent will continue through Housing benefit.

Do also be aware that the TP will erode over time so if other elements increase the TP will decrease until eventually it will erode completely.

Because your ESA includes the SDP then you will be worse off if you claim UC even with the work allowance. If you can stick to permitted work rules and work less than 16 hours per week and earn no more than £167/week then that will of course be better. It's entirely up to you. I hope this helps a little.
