Great news. Yes, it's perfectly normal after a Tribunal win for it to take anything up to 8 weeks to pay what is owed and to put your award into payment.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

They are not from DWP, it's a call centre you're ringing. It will only take 3-5 working days once payment is made.

So would they know if the payment has been released ? As she did say they’re working through it I’ve never been through this as I’ve never claimed a benefit so it’s all new to me?

Yes, they will be able to see that payment was made and they will be able to tell you when to expect it in your bank.
